• transmit any information about your web surfing habits or the sites that you visit other than the search engines and search terms that you search for (which are required for our software to work), as well as notify us when you visit any of the sites that we have selected to serve content on.  We do not associate any personally identifiable information with these terms or assemble personal search profiles.  The information collected is only used in aggregate, to gauge the relative popularity of search terms and search engines and to track the display of our advertisements.

We DO:

• contract with third party advertisers and display third-party ads on our site.  These advertisers may have different privacy policies and collect personal information, and your viewing of their advertisements indicates agreement with their policies as well as ours.
• periodically update our software with new features and install additional software as it becomes available.
